It's good for what it's meant to be, and I actually enjoyed some of the material. But a WARNING for the Kindle version, there are no page numbers. There are "Locations", thousands of them in fact. If you're on page 300 of the real book, you'll be at location #13493|About the Author|Deborah Gray White (Ph.D., University of Illinois at Chicago) is Board of Governors Professor of History at Rutgers University. She is the author of many works including Too Heavy a Load: Black Women in Defense of Themselves, 1894-1994
